If you’ve always loved the idea of travelling the world and you’re a huge Disney fan, you’re in luck as your dreams could very much become a reality this year. Disney is officially hiring for a bunch of new roles on their luxury cruise ships, meaning if you want to take a break from the UK to travel you could do so very easily while also getting paid to help spread some of that Disney magic.

How can I get paid to travel the world with Disney?

The available jobs include entertainment officers and performers, youth activities counsellors, lifeguarding, retail, guest services and dining room servers and applicants from all over the UK are eligible to apply.

You’ll need to be over 21 and have a bit of experience in a similar role, so this could be the perfect grad job if you’re finishing uni this year and don’t want to get a boring office job just yet.

Disney Cruise

With Disney cruise ships travelling to the Caribbean, Hawaii, Bahamas, and across Europe, those working on the cruise ship for a year will get plenty of downtime to explore and enjoy their travels as well as experience the magic of a Disney cruise.

Salaries will vary based on the role but the minimum starts from £1,872 per month. The chosen candidates will stay in their own cabin on the cruise ship for the duration of their role and will be able to access loads of benefits such as free theme park tickets, Disney discounts, as well as development programmes to help them advance in their career.
