What You’ll Do
One lucky winner will watch all of the Best Picture nominees for the 2024 Oscars to predict the winner. After watching each film, you’ll rank them on a scale of 1-10 based on the following criteria:
- Emotional Resonance: Assess the movie’s ability to evoke emotions. Did it tug at your heartstrings, create suspense, or provoke any other emotional response?
- Entertainment Impact: How entertaining and engaging was the movie? Did it grab your attention and make you want to watch it again?
- Memorability Meter: How well did the movie stick in your memory? Rate its effectiveness in leaving a lasting impression.
- Creativity Quotient: Rate the movie based on its creativity. Did it stand out from the typical movies, and was the concept innovative?
- Social Buzz Score: Assess the movie’s potential for creating social media buzz. How likely is it to be shared and talked about on platforms like Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram?
Once you have a number for each criterion, you’ll total it for a final score.
Aside from watching and ranking all the Best Picture nominees, you’ll also need to predict the winners for the following awards as well:
- Best Director
- Best Actor
- Best Actress
- Best Supporting Actor
- Best Supporting Actress
