Whether you’re in a relationship or not come Valentine’s Day, there’s one holiday we can all get behind celebrating—Galentine’s Day. And this year, it’s time to do it up big.
Thanks to Leslie Knope à la Parks and Recreation, ladies have been coming together on February 13 to celebrate each other. Jewelry company Shane Co. wants to help you spend the perfect day with your gal pals by paying you to watch some of the most iconic chick flicks of all time!
What You’ll Do
If you’re selected by Shane Co. to be the lucky winner, you’re required to watch the following 10 movies for Galentine’s Day:
- Sex and the City
- Thelma and Lousie
- Bride Wars
- Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants
- Princess Diaries
- The First Wives Club
- A League of Their Own
- Clueless
- Baby Mama
- Steel Magnolias
Just note that you’ll only have two weeks to watch everything! Shane Co. also said their ideal candidate needs to have a strong attention to detail and an unrivaled enthusiasm for gal pal movies.
What You’ll Win
If selected, you’ll receive $1,000 for your movie-watching efforts. Shane Co. will also give you a $50 Amazon gift card to spend on renting the movies on the list. (Or snacks, if you already have access to some of them!)
