Get Free Crisps From Your Pub For Chatting About Your Mental Health

This new initiative is encouraging people to open up to their friends.

It can be really hard to talk to your friends honestly about your mental health, and can be so easy to brush things off and say that you’re fine. Likewise you might have a friend who you suspect needs someone to talk to, but you struggle to get them to want to share things.

Chatting with your friends can honestly be the closest thing to free therapy which is why Beavertown have teamed up with Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) to try and help and encourage people to talk about their mental health with one another.

How are they doing this you might ask? With crisps of course.

Beavertown has created an exclusive crisp flavour of Cheddar & Jalapeno which is designed to spark a conversation and get people chatting about what’s on their mind. Inside each packet is a series of conversation starters designed by CALM to help you open up to your mates.

These crisp packets are completely free and will be available at participating pubs every Wednesday & Sunday until the 1st of May.
