Get Paid $30,000 To Move To The Italian Coast

La bella vita. 🇮🇹

If you’re looking for a serious change of pace for 2023, this might just be the perfect opportunity for you. Moving abroad might seem like a huge decision to make, but one city in Italy is making the decision a little bit easier by offering you $30,000 to pick up and move.

Welcome to Presicce

Located in the Apulia region of southeast Italy near the Ionian Sea, Presicce is known as the “city of green gold” due to the huge amount of olive groves that produce premium extra virgin olive oil. Despite being full of history and beautiful architecture, the town only boasts around 10,500.

City officials want to change that by offering new residents an incentive to move there—a whopping $30,000.

“There are many empty homes in the historical center built before 1991 which we would like to see alive again with new residents,” said local councilor Alfredo Palese.

What You’ll Do

Upon moving to Presicce, you’ll receive $30,000 to purchase a home. While that might not sound like a lot for the U.S. housing market, most homes in Presicce are priced at around $25,000. You’ll even stand to make a small profit!

“The total funding will be split in two: it will go partly into buying an old home and partly into restyling it, if needed,” said Palese.

Approximately 30% of the town’s homes are currently up for sale. There’s bound to be a place you’ll fall in love with! Besides, who hasn’t dreamed of living on the Italian coast?

Future Incentives

If you do decide to pick up and move to Italy, Presicce is ready to give you even more money if you stay there long-term.

Let’s say you meet your true love over in Presicce and decide to start a family. The town will give you an additional $1,000 for every baby born and registered in the city.
