We’re really feeling that meh January feeling this year, so we caught up with lifestyle coach and personal trainer Georgia Johnson who shared her top tips on how to survive January while trying out aerial hoop (which is a fun fitness alternative to going to the gym).

If you’re wondering just how to survive January, Georgia suggested:

“Attending social events, speaking to your friends and family just as much and making sure that you’re taking time for yourself whether that be a skincare routine that you do before you go to bed or taking time to get outdoors just doing something literally every day that you enjoy”
