Really impressed with Samsung. Their webchat on Black Friday was really helpful and very slick, sending me the item and the discount straight to my email address in a basket so I could checkout easily.

I've used the Samsung website twice now to order phones and found it to be very easy to navigate and order from.

On the second time I was concerned about delivery around Christmas so I gave the customer services a call and the lady reassured me all was in order which was very welcoming. I will definitely use again.
