Head of Product Marketing
Samsung consistently pushes out tech that feels genuinely exciting, not just another spec bump, which is why students keep coming back. We love how their phones and tablets balance performance with style, so you're not compromising on either. It's a brand that gets what actually matters to a generation glued to their screens.
Traded in my old phone for the new Z Flip 4 and 100% no regrets!
The phone arrived the next day and the process of the trade in was so simple. Plus it came with free buds and disney+ for a year.
Its so much easier and better to buy a phone directly through Samsung rather than pay inflated prices through a traditional phone shop like EE or Vodafone.
Would deffo recommend to anyone!

Well I was iPhone for over 15 years, and the phones only got better with another camera or chip, well I went for the z flip 4. And absolutely love it, no issues yet and lots off brilliant functions the iPhone only dreams about, so I fully recommend this little beauty

Handset ordered and recieved next day before 1030 as specified. Fautless experience as the previous 2 orders have been.

Really impressed with Samsung. Their webchat on Black Friday was really helpful and very slick, sending me the item and the discount straight to my email address in a basket so I could checkout easily.
I decided to return the phone as it wasn't suitable and the returns process was really quick, simple and hassle free.
I will come back once I've found a handset I like.

I've used the Samsung website twice now to order phones and found it to be very easy to navigate and order from.
On the second time I was concerned about delivery around Christmas so I gave the customer services a call and the lady reassured me all was in order which was very welcoming. I will definitely use again.
They also regularly update you on delivery timescales by email and text. Delivery via DPD partner was good also
