Really impressed with Samsung. Their webchat on Black Friday was really helpful and very slick, sending me the item and the discount straight to my email address in a basket so I could checkout easily.
I decided to return the phone as it wasn't suitable and the returns process was really quick, simple and hassle free.
I will come back once I've found a handset I like.
