The quality of the clothes are far better than most fast fashion brands - thick fabric that lasts (including t-shirts I've had for that entire five year period). When I've had a problem, customer service has always got back to me within 24 hours and resolved the issue.

Incredible customer service
It's not often I go out of my way to leave a review, but the customer service at weekday was probably the most efficient I've ever come across. After Hermes left my parcel in an open space where my delivery was stolen, a lovely scottish lady (didn't catch your name, sorry!) from the Weekday team was so attentive and apologetic even though it was certainly not her fault! I was quickly refunded and put at ease that the situation was resolved. Never ordered with Weekday before, but I certainly will be from now on. 5 star service!
