FAQ
Have your order delivered to virtually any address within the UK with regular tracking information and a 2-hour delivery time window on the day. If you won’t be in on the day of delivery you can divert your parcel to a neighbour, or nominate a safe place using the Evri app.
FAQ
Even if you are not aware of any problems you should have your eyes tested every 2 years. The eye test is a regular health check, which can detect underlying health problems as well as changes in your vision. It may need to be more frequent depending on you age and medical history. Your Optometrist will normally advise you when you should return for your next eye test and usually they will send a reminder letter to you.
FAQ

FAQ
We’re confident you’ll love your new glasses, but if you change your mind, simply return them with proof of purchase within 100 days and we promise to exchange or refund your purchase.
FAQ

FAQ
Ray-Ban Wayfarer and Clubmaster styles are always a hit, and Oakley frames are popular for anyone who wants something more sporty. Vision Express also stocks Gucci and Prada if you're treating yourself, or their own-brand range if you're keeping it budget-friendly.
