How should I care for my jewellery?

All Swarovski fashion jewellery is traditionally crafted and therefore very delicate. As a result, special care is required. Please, follow the following care instructions:
-Store your jewellery individually in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid damage.

  • Polish your jewellery frequently with a lint free cloth to maintain its original sparkling condition
  • Our recommendation is to always put the jewellery on last, as a finishing touch to an outfit.
  • And don’t forget to remove your Swarovski jewellery before washing your hands, swimming, or using products such as perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion. Such products may harm the metal, cause discolouration, or cause a loss of crystal brilliance.
  • Avoid contact that may scratch or chip the crystal.

Can I return an item?

Sometimes it’s just not right, if your item wasn’t what you expected, don’t worry, you have up to 30 days after receipt to return the item. You can return an item in one of our stores for free, otherwise there may be a return shipping fee.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in a new unused condition; we reserve the right not to accept the return if the product shows signs of wear
  • All products returned must include all original packaging materials and tags
  • All items purchased as part of a set, or a part of a promotional offer must all be returned according to the promotional terms & conditions.

The below items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized, adjusted to fit, customized, engraved products and made to order
  • Gift cards
  • Face masks
  • Perishable goods
  • Products purchased from a different country

Can I exchange an item?

Online purchase

  • It is not possible to exchange online purchases returned via post. All returned products will be refunded to the original payment method. Please place a new online order for the correct product.
  • Or for straightforward size exchanges of the same product subject to product availability. Visit your nearest store

Instore purchase

  • Exchanges for a different size, colour or alternative product can be processed at your nearest store, subject to product availability.
