If you’re new to the HOKA brand we would suggest using our Shoe Finder online as a good place to start to get a good indicator of the right shoe for you. It is a personal preference and there is no exact science behind choosing the correct shoe, but comfort is key.

Broadly speaking, shoes with a higher volume of cushioning are suitable for a longer time on your feet or for those who like their shoes to feel like ‘slippers’, whereas shoes containing PROFLY™ are more suitable for those who like their shoes to feel firmer and more responsive.

There is no exact science for this. A good indicator is how worn out the tread is, over time this will show signs of wear and if it becomes too smooth, you won’t get the traction that you need. Alternatively, when they start to ‘feel’ different.

Yes there is! Women’s feet are on average narrower than male’s. Some of our shoes are now unisex but the main difference between men’s and women’s models are that a standard men’s fit is wider (D) than a women’s (B) – there’s also different colour ways. Strutfit is a good tool to use in order to find the correct shoe size for you. We offer personalised sizing recommendations via Strutfit for any of our products. With Strutfit, you just need your phone and an A4 sized paper, and within a minute it would give you the size that is best suited for your individual foot shape. We can also suggest to refer to the size guide on our website for measurements for each size.

You are welcome to use the original paperwork included inside your parcel to return your order to us. Should you no longer have it, you can create a new label and returns form via our online returns portal by clicking here.

Orders must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. Exchanges can only be made for a different colour/size of the same style for unworn items.

Please make sure to include the returns form inside your parcel so that your return can be processed correctly without delay once it arrives with us. We also advise to keep hold of your proof of postage with the tracking number used, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit without a postage receipt.

It may take up to 15 working days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse, but often it's much quicker! Following this, you'll receive confirmation of your return via email.

You will be notified via email or text as soon as your order leaves our warehouse! DPD will provide your parcel tracking number which you can use to follow your parcel's journey on their website, linked here.

You will also be notified via email of all delivery updates.
