High quality products and excellent customer service! The staff are very helpful and friendly. I got a Mountain Equipment light weight fleece a while back and it's still great! I just bought a really nice Ayacucho quarter zip fleece yesterday which is lovely!
Trustpilot
The staff are always knowledgeable and take the time to listen to your needs to offer tailored quality solutions and products. I always find the service in my Watford branch exceptional and the staff are always so friendly and approachable. This is what makes the brand stand out to me in comparison to many others who don’t offer this level of service or knowledge
Trustpilot
Nothing but a positive experience, in store and online. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable in the Cardiff store. I’ve ordered plenty of items online and their delivery is ridiculously fast (puts other companies to shame).
Trustpilot
Excellent customer service given online and then telephone to make the purchase as wanted to secure their price match promise which they did with no fuss. To add further assurance they give three year warranty on their shoe products which is amazing peace of mind as I don't hike that often and want to know I am protected which I am with this excellent customer caring and focused organisation. Will be making more purchases with this honest and caring retailer.
