What is your Returns Policy?

We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns for free, subject to the rules below, including rules about fair use. Please always check the product information section for the item you have ordered available on our website or app for details on whether the item is returnable.

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.

You have 28 days from the day of delivery or the day the order becomes available for collection at your nominated store or collection point to return an item to us for a refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If you create a return for an item during the above timeframes but you can't return it to us for some reason within the same time period due to extenuating circumstances, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.

How do deliveries with ASOS work in the UK?

We use a large network of delivery partners and a range of options to make sure our customers are receiving their orders when they expect them! Delivery partners are allocated based on the selected delivery method and the value of your order.

Ordering to Channel Islands
Our Next Day Delivery service is only available to Isle of Wight postcodes.

If you place your order between 20:00 Friday and midnight Saturday it will arrive on Monday. If you place your order on Sunday it will arrive on Tuesday*.

Next Day Delivery is unavailable to all Guernsey and Jersey postcodes.

For orders to Jersey, we offer Standard Delivery and Standard Click & Collect.

ASOS customers can also choose to have their orders delivered to parcel lockers with Jersey Post which can be accessed any time of the day – all you need to do is register for a free parcel locker ID. Register and find out more about the parcel locker service here.

The Channel Islands are not part of the UK for VAT purposes, so orders going to the Channel Islands are treated as zero-rated exports. However, the total amount that you pay for your order will not change: we consider the costs of doing business across all of the markets we operate in, and price our products based on a variety of commercial market factors.

Where can I find your size guide?

We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly, so we have size guides available on most of our product pages to help you find the perfect fit – first time!

Where is your size guide displayed?

Just click on the 'Size Guide' button on each product page, or check out our Women's and Men's size guides for measurements, fitting tips, washing tips – everything to make sure it fits perfectly and stays looking great.

The size guide is specific for most brands and appears in different places depending on which device you are using to shop:

Desktop - Above the drop down for size selection
Mobile - Underneath 'add to bag'
App - Under the options below the 'add to bag' button

Can you recommend a size?

You'll also see our Fit Assistant on some product pages. Keep an eye out for the blue circle near the 'Size' drop down. Our Fit Assistant will ask for information such as your height, age and weight to help you choose the right size when you order and will also look at your order history. When you're logged in, you'll then see a size recommendation on some product pages, best matched to the information you've provided.

Have you heard? We’ve made our menswear collection even more inclusive! We've extended our sizing across our main range to give you as much choice as possible, whatever your shape and size. You'll now be able to find your favourites in sizes 2XS to 4XL, and for those of you who are part of the Tall crew, from 2XS Long to 3XL Long.

We’ve also reviewed our sizes to make sure they fit exactly as they should. So, we’ve removed 5XL and 6XL and sized up 3XL and 4XL to make them more accurate, and in line with other brands. If you used to buy 5XL, we’d recommend you now consider 3XL, and if you previously went for 6XL, we’d recommend considering 4XL. Not sure of your perfect fit? Make sure you check out our size guide.

How can I pay for my order?

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. To better protect our customers when making online payments you may be presented with 3D secure security measures when paying. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone.

To add your card details, just login to your account and click on Payment methods. From here, you can add your payment details and save them to your account. When you come to pay for your order, you can select one of your saved payment methods.

If you don't want to save your payment details to your account, you can also enter them when you get to checkout. If there are no payment details saved to your account, you'll be asked to enter them when you click Place Order.

Please note: Some payment methods are subject to a soft credit check.

These payment options give you extra flexibility when paying for your order, such as allowing you to pay after 30 days, or spreading the cost through instalments. If you choose one of these payment types, please remember to spend responsibly – sometimes, delaying or splitting up payments might not always be the best option.
