Hussain was respectful of my home, polite, professional and definitely went above and beyond to get me back online. He explained very well what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. Problem solved in an extraordinary time. A big thank you to Hussain and all Virgin media team. I am a very happy customer 😄.
