The 10% Student Discount is available exclusively to students with a valid Southern Co-op barcode within the Student Beans app.
The discount excludes cigarettes, tobacco, e-cigarettes, baby milk, lottery, PayPoint, phone top-ups, stamps, gift cards, in-store concessions, and fuel.
To redeem, the barcode must be presented within the Student Beans app and scanned at a main till or self-checkout.
The barcode can be retained and used multiple times.
Printed copies will not be accepted.
For in-store use only, it cannot be used online.
It cannot be used in Co-op Group or other society stores.
It may be used in conjunction with a Southern Co-op membership card (non-colleague cards only).
Only one Student Beans barcode may be used per transaction, and it cannot be combined with any other voucher, offer, discount or promotion, including Colleague Discount.
The discount is valid only in Southern Co-op stores, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Southern Co-op reserves the right to refuse any Student Beans barcode that it deems invalid or fraudulent.
