I've been dealing with their online or head office team to purchase some trainers with a discount code. I've genuinely never had a better customer experience than this, they've put up with multiple rounds of questions from me. Performed stock checks across the country, ordered pairs into the store for me to click and collect, sorted refunds and applied my discount over and again. Genuinely has been like a 1:1 sales service, can't fault it. Will only shop there from now on.
