Making a River Island purchase? These are your delivery options:

• Next & Nominated day:£6, order by 7pm on weekdays or 2pm on weekends for next day delivery

• Time slot: £7, pick a time that suits you, 7 days in advance

• Collect from a River Island store: £1, free on orders over £20, ready to collect within 5 working days

• Collect from a local shop: £4, free on orders over £50, ready to collect within 5 working days, order by 6pm for next day collection, over 1000 locations including ASDA, Collect+, Evri

River Island’s returns policy allows orders to be returned within 28 days of delivery or store purchase.

Returns will be charged £2 per return which will be automatically deducted from your refunded amount.

In-store returns are free of charge.

You can either return your order to a River Island store or drop off your returns using one of the returns drop off services (Royal Mail, ASDA, Evri, Collect+, InPost).
