1.These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to this Black Friday 2025 ("Promotion"). By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is a condition of participation in the Promotion that all Terms are accepted as final.
2.This Promotion is organised by Pandora Jewellery UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales at 33 George Street, London, W1U 3BH under company number 06654012 ("Pandora", "us", "our").
3.By participating in this Promotion via our website (https://uk.pandora.net/en) ("Pandora Website"), you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions on the Pandora Website. By participating in this Promotion through Participating Stores, you also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions at that store. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any of the other terms and conditions mentioned above, these Terms will take priority.
4.In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms or the conduct of this Promotion, the decision of Pandora shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
5.Your attention is drawn in particular to the limitations of liability contained in these Terms.
Further details of the Promotion
6.Subject to Term 28, this Promotion runs from 23 November 2025 to 1 December 2025 (inclusive) for the general public, and from 21 November 2025 to 1 December 2025 (inclusive) for My Pandora members ("Promotional Period"). This Promotion is available, subject to availability and while stocks last, through the Pandora Website, participating Pandora concept stores and other participating authorised Pandora stockists in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Jersey, and Isle of Man only. This Promotion is not valid in store or for delivery in the Republic of Ireland or elsewhere outside of the UK, Jersey, and Isle of Man.
7.Please check whether a store is participating in this Promotion, and the opening times of the Participating Store, before travelling to a store to make a purchase. Please note that some Pandora stores and authorised stockists may not be open during the Promotional Period.
8.During the Promotional Period a discount of up to 30% will be applied to selected full price Pandora jewellery products chosen by Pandora ("Main Discount").
9.The following items are excluded from the Promotion: discontinued products, services (engraving fees, gift cards, shipping costs), Pandora Talisman Collection, Pandora Minis Charms, POSM, Crescent Moon Double Dangle Charm (794272C01), Sparkling Crescent Moon Dangle Charm (764275C01), Pandora Lab Grown Diamonds & discounted products.
10.The Promotion consists of the Main Discount and Daily Deals.

13.The details of the Daily Deal (including what is available, and any percentage discount) will be shown on the Pandora Website, or customers may ask staff in-store. Each Daily Deal will be available from 00:00 – 23:59 on the applicable day (or from store opening to store closing in participating stores).
14.The Main Discount and/or Daily Deals may only be used by customers who make a purchase of products which are included in the Promotion at a Participating Store or on the Pandora Website during the Promotional Period ("Sale Purchase(s)").
15.Daily Deals could include additional discounts, free gifts, and/or vouchers. These are examples only and may vary. Pandora is not required to provide any additional promotions.
16.Some Daily Deals will be exclusive to My Pandora members. Where a Daily Deal is exclusive to My Pandora members, the Daily Deal will be added to the Main Discount.
17.If a Daily Deal offers a discount amount which is equal to or higher than the Main Discount, it will replace the Main Discount, in relation to the applicable products, for the duration of the Daily Deal. For example, if a Daily Deal offers a 40% discount on a range of products, it will apply to those products, and the Main Discount will not apply to those products, for the duration of the Daily Deal.
18.Daily Deals will be subject to these Terms and are also be subject to their own specific terms and conditions ("Daily Terms") (see Terms 36 – 38).
19.The Main Discount may be used in conjunction with a live Daily Deal. If any Daily Deal offers a discount on an alternative range of Pandora products or services to the Main Discount, customers can purchase items under the Main Discount and items under the discount provided by the relevant Daily Deal in the same transaction, but the discounts will not be combined. For example, if one item has a 30% discount and another has a 40% discount, each discount applies separately, they will not be added up to give a discount of 70% off. Daily Deals may only be used on the specified day and cannot be combined with each other.
20.You can use the Main Discount and a live Daily Deal together. However, Daily Deals cannot be combined with each other. Example: a Monday Daily Deal cannot be used with a Tuesday Daily Deal.
21.This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other online or in store offer, promotion or voucher unless stated.
Free delivery 22.Any My Pandora Member who makes any purchase online at the Pandora Website between 21 November 2025 – 1 December 2025 will receive free standard delivery on their purchase. This will be automatically applied to your basket at checkout.
23.Any customer who makes any purchase online at the Pandora Website between 23 November 2025 – 1 December 2025 will receive free standard delivery on their purchase. This will be automatically applied to your basket at checkout.
Returns and exchanges 24.If the Sale Purchase is returned for a refund, only the amount actually paid will be refunded. For example, if the products purchased total £50 (including VAT), and you received a discount of 15% off the RRP, the price actually paid would have been £42.50 (i.e. £50 less the 15% discount) and therefore the refund would be £42.50.
25.Sale Purchases are excluded from Pandora's enhanced and extended returns policies.
26.Nothing in these Terms shall affect any participant's legal rights including all rights in respect of refunds, replacements and repairs for products which are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described.
27.Additional terms may apply for refunds and exchanges in accordance with the other terms and conditions mentioned at Term 3.
Other important terms 28.This Promotion is subject to stock availability. Whilst reasonable efforts have been made to ensure sufficient stocks are available to meet likely demand, Pandora may suspend or end the Promotion early on the Pandora Website or in any one or more Participating Store without notice if, in the opinion of Pandora, there is not sufficient stock to continue operating the Promotion.
29.Pandora reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend the Terms without notice in the event there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Pandora's reasonable control.
30.Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Pandora reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
31.This Promotion and these Terms will be governed by English Law and, subject to any right you may have as a consumer to select jurisdiction, any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. This Promotion and any website or location on which these Terms are posted are only intended to be accessed from Great Britain, Jersey, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. Pandora does not make any representation that materials relating to this Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited. If you view these Terms from territories other than England, Scotland, Wales, Jersey, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
Liability 32.Nothing in these Terms shall exclude Pandora's liability for (i) death or personal injury as a result of its negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or (iv) any other liability which may not be lawfully limited or excluded under English law.
33.Subject to Term 27, we will not be legally responsible to participants of this Promotion for any losses that were not foreseeable to us or to you at the time of your participation in this Promotion or which are caused by a third party. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights including in relation to any products received as gifts.
34.Any failure on any occasion by Pandora to enforce a Term is not a waiver of that Term.

If you return any discounted product(s) for a refund, only the amount actually paid will be refunded. This offer is subject to these terms and conditions as well as the terms and conditions of the main Black Friday 2025 promotion (see above). This is a daily deal and can be applied in the same transaction as items purchased under Pandora's main Black Friday 2025 promotion, but the discounts will not be combined. The products included in this Daily Deal are not also included Pandora's main Black Friday 2025 promotion, for the duration of the Daily Deal. The discount will only apply to the purchase of selected Pandora jewellery products and shall not apply in respect of the purchase of any other products or services made at the same time (including shipping costs or the purchase of gift cards and e-gift cards). You will need to either log in to your My Pandora account or sign up to join the My Pandora rewards program and use this account when making a purchase online to receive the additional 10% discount.
