Oliver Bonas Student Discounts

1. The competition will run between 09:00 GMT 15.09.25 and 09:00 GMT on 29.09.25. The winner will be contacted on or before 30.10.25. Contact details supplied as part of an eligible online order will only be used to fulfil the order, enter into the competition and, if successful, to contact the winner of the competition unless consent is otherwise provided for marketing purposes.

2. Prize draw is open to UK residents over the age of 18, excluding employees of Oliver Bonas, Student Beans/Pion and their immediate families, their agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion (this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis). Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Proof of identity and age may be required to verify eligibility of the winner.

3. Entries to be submitted by successfully completing a purchase online at oliverbonas.com and successfully using a discount code provided by Student Beans on the Oliver Bonas UK site. Student Beans code must start with the prefix of 10SBUK for successful entry. Meeting these conditions will automatically enter you into the competition. One entry per user. If the entirety of an order is returned within 30 days, entry to the competition will be revoked.

4. Use of a false name, email or address will result in disqualification. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, due to computer error.

6. The prize is as stated and is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is to win a £500 Oliver Bonas e-gift card.

7. Prizes are subject to the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions.

8. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.

9. Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.

10. The winners will be contacted by email 30 days after the competition closes. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

11. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery within 7 days of being contacted, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

12. Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

13. The Promoter limits their liability to the maximum extent permitted by law for matters arising from this promotion.

16. The £500 e-gift card prize will be sent out to the winner after the winner has been contacted and they have confirmed their details. The e-gift card will be sent via email.

11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
