New Look has a selection of delivery options for you to choose from.

• Express delivery: £3.99 — delivery within 2 working days by Yodel — free on orders with £100 of full price and/or promo items (excludes sale) — order by 4pm

• Standard delivery: £2.99 — delivery with 3-5 workings days by Royal Mail — free on orders with £50 of full price and/or promo items (excludes sale items)

• Next day and nominated day delivery: £5.00 — order before 8pm for next day delivery by DPD — order for a nominated day up to 7 nights in advance

• Channel Islands: £2.99 — delivery within 3-5 working days by Royal Mail — free on orders with £50 of full price and/or promo items (excludes sale items)

• BFPO: £2.99 — delivery within 10-14 working days by Royal Mail — free on orders with £50 of full price and/or promo items (excludes sale items)

New Look gives you 28 days to return any item, including sale, from the day you receive your order. You can make a return in one of two ways:

New Look Store Drop Off — Free

1. Generate a QR code and package your item(s) in the original bag or a suitable alternative bag.
2. We no longer include returns notes, so if you're not using any of the original packaging please ensure you're including a clear note with your order number in the parcel.
3. Present your QR code to a member of staff in store to scan, so that your item(s) can be sent back.
4. Your return will be processed within 8 working days after dropping your return off in store. You will be informed about the status of your refund via email.

Drop Off Points — £2.50

1. Choose from Royal Mail, InPost or Yodel to return via drop off point. Generate a QR code or returns label (you will pay for your return at this point).
2. Package your item(s) in the original bag or a suitable alternative bag. We no longer include returns notes, so if you're not using any of the original packaging please ensure you're including a clear note with your order number in the parcel.
3. Take your items to your chosen drop off point, so that your item(s) can be sent back.
4. Your return will be processed within 15 working days after dropping your return off. You will be updated about the status of your refund via email.
