New Look gives you 28 days to return any item, including sale, from the day you receive your order. You can make a return in one of two ways:
New Look Store Drop Off — Free
- Generate a QR code and package your item(s) in the original bag or a suitable alternative bag.
- We no longer include returns notes, so if you're not using any of the original packaging please ensure you're including a clear note with your order number in the parcel.
- Present your QR code to a member of staff in store to scan, so that your item(s) can be sent back.
- Your return will be processed within 8 working days after dropping your return off in store. You will be informed about the status of your refund via email.
Drop Off Points — £2.50
- Choose from Royal Mail, InPost or Yodel to return via drop off point. Generate a QR code or returns label (you will pay for your return at this point).
- Package your item(s) in the original bag or a suitable alternative bag. We no longer include returns notes, so if you're not using any of the original packaging please ensure you're including a clear note with your order number in the parcel.
- Take your items to your chosen drop off point, so that your item(s) can be sent back.
- Your return will be processed within 15 working days after dropping your return off. You will be updated about the status of your refund via email.
