I get the beauty boxes every month as a ‘me treat', I love them, the variety is great! I had an issue this month with a missing item, reported it, showed the evidence and was offered a partial refund with no issue. Have tried several subscription boxes and this is my personal fave

It arrived and unfortunately an item was missing but within 10 minutes of telling look fantastic they had replied to say they were sending me a new one immediately, it was dispatched next day. Amazing service throughout!!
