Gymshark Student Discounts

Gymshark offers free delivery if a minimum spend is exceeded. Gymshark uses Evri and DPD as couriers. Evri Standard Delivery for Gymshark is £3.99 and arrives in 2-3 days, but shipping is free for orders over £45. Evri Express Delivery is £4.50, taking 1-2 days. Gyshark shipping is free on orders over £65 for Evri Express. DPD Express Delivery is £5.50, arriving in 1-2 days, unless you order after 8pm on a Thursday. If so, your Gymshark order will likely arrive on Monday.

Gymshark offers free returns to some countries, including the UK, US, France, Australia and Ireland.

You can purchase a Gymshark e-gift card online through Gymshark's website. Physical gift cards are only available to purchase at Gymshark's Regent Street Store in London.

Once your Gymshark item has been received at the Gymshark Warehouse, it can take up to 7 days for your order to be processed and your refund to be actioned. It can then take 5 days for your refund to appear in your account after the refund has been processed.

Gymshark was founded and is owned by Benjamin David Francis, who started the company at age 19 from his parents’ garage with his friend Lewis Morgan.

• Standard click and collect — £2 — estimated delivery 2-3 days

• Express click and collect — £4 — estimated delivery 1-2 days when ordered before 9pm Monday-Friday or before 7pm Saturday

If you are wanting to make a return, any unwanted items must be returned within 30 days from when your Gymshark order is delivered (if ordered online) or was purchased (if bought in-store).

Items must be in original condition to be returned.

• Women’s swimwear and underwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact and has not been removed.

• Men’s swimwear or underwear can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.

• All bottles are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

• Personalised items can't be returned.

• Supplements are only returnable if unopened, where the seal remains unbroken, and in a perfect resalable condition, in its original packaging.

To make a return from mainland UK, head to via Happy Returns and follow the steps below:

1. Enter your order number (e.g. #UK123456) and shipping postal code or email address. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation, including the # in your order number.

2. Select which item(s) you're returning/exchanging and why.

3. Select the method you’ll be returning your order by (you'll also see your nearest drop-off point and an option to return to our London Retail Store if you're a UK based customer).

4. Depending on your return method, you may need to download and print a returns label or present a QR code when returning. If using a returns label, simply remove the original delivery label and attach the new returns label to your parcel. For printerless options, simply present the QR code at your nearest drop-off point.

5. It can take up to 15 days for your order to be returned back to our warehouse and be refunded.

6. Once your refund is processed, it may take up to 5 days for it to clear with your bank.

7. Please note if you opt for an exchange, stock is not immediately reserved and it's possible that the item(s) you requested are no longer available when you make your return. If this is the case, you'll be automatically refunded for the item(s) back to your original payment method.

8. Please also note that the delivery address for exchanges cannot be modified. The exchange will always be sent to the same address as the original order.

9. As part of this process, you may select to drop off your returns parcel at our Retail Store. To do this, you must (i) have selected this option on the Returns Portal and (ii) bring all relevant items and the applicable QR code to the store.
