Groupon FAQs
FAQ
How to use your Groupon
Using your Groupon (we sometimes call this redeeming your voucher) can simply mean presenting your Groupon printed out or pulled up on the mobile app. But some types of deals require additional steps, like booking an appointment or heading to the merchant’s website to complete your order. Your Groupon’s instructions will always specify these steps.
FAQ
What is your refund policy?
To start a refund request, head to My Groupons and select See Details next to your order. Certain orders can't be canceled or returned at any time. Check the Fine Print on the deal page to see whether your deal is marked as non-refundable.
FAQ
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (or debit cards that can be processed as credit), Apple Pay (only on Apple devices), Google Pay, and Klarna (available from £50, only on the web). PayPal is available for selected customers only.
FAQ
What is your Groupon Goods Marketplace Return Policy?
