Can I Amend/Cancel My Order?

Unfortunately, we can't change or cancel your order once we've received it, as it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Please make sure you're happy with everything before you confirm your order at the checkout page. If you would like to cancel your order you can do this once the order has been dispatched. Please send them back to us using the address label in the box and fill out the return reasons on your return form. You can also refuse the parcel when our courier attempts to deliver; they will automatically return the item to us.

Where Is My Order?

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order. Once your order is packed and ready to be dispatched, you will receive a packing confirmation email with your tracking number. Once your order is on the way you will get further information from our courier service.

If you want to track your order, please follow the steps in your packing confirmation email.

Additionally, you can download the Royal Mail App .

Through the App, you can also arrange a redelivery or collection from your local post office branch.

Please note, larger orders may be shipped with DPD, you can manage your delivery through the DPD App .

Standard delivery:
UK orders will be with you within 3 to 5 working days (Mon.- Fri.) from the date your order is placed.

Have an account?
If you have an account with us, you can retrieve your shipping date and tracking number by going to your order history. This will appear once it's been shipped. We recommend you open an account with us to be able to see the status of your order.

Delivery Information

General Delivery Information

Standard Delivery: We offer free standard delivery for orders above ÂŁ50. For orders below this value, a delivery charge of ÂŁ3.95 may apply. We aim to deliver your parcel within 3-5 working days.

Next-Day delivery: Cost ÂŁ5.50. If your order is places by 3 pm, it will be packed and dispatched by our warehouse the same day and you will receive it the next working day.

Please note that our warehouse is closed during weekends, so if you order on Friday after 3 pm, your order will be processed the next working day (Monday) and will arrive on the Tuesday.

Saturday delivery: Cost ÂŁ8.50. If you place your order by 3 pm on Friday, it will delivered on the Saturday of the same week. Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the following Saturday.

Our main delivery partner in the UK is Royal Mail. We might use DPD for larger shipments.

Orders are delivered in branded parcels featuring Dr. Martens' logo.

Important Delivery Information

We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Malta, PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
Orders may be dispatched for delivery early on occasions, depending on the rate of dispatch in our warehouse.
You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been dispatched.
Keep in mind that during Sale and busy periods, deliveries may take longer.
Dr. Martens are not responsible for any parcels that go missing/are stolen as a result of the delivery instructions that are left for our courier

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Deliveries are made during standard working hours and may vary depending on the courier's schedule.

What Is Your UK Return Policy?

Docs not quite right?

Items purchased online can be returned within 30 days of delivery. In store purchases can be returned up to 30 days after purchase.

Purchased on-line? Products that have been purchased on-line can be returned to any of our Dr. Martens stores (excluding outlet stores).

Our returns Policy:

The items should arrive unworn and in the original packaging. Please try any footwear on indoors to avoid marks and scuffs. If we receive an order that is not in a sellable condition, the item/s may be sent back to you.
Returns need to be packaged securely to avoid any damage, as you are responsible for the item(s) until they arrive with us.
All clothing and accessories must be returned unworn with all packaging and tags attached.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we're able to locate them, we will return them via the same postal method received. Your parcel may be opened as to inspect any containing paperwork.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us. We advise that you keep hold of your Proof of Postage until you have confirmation that the return has been received.
We do not exchange items unfortunately, so all orders will be inspected and processed for a refund. If you would like a new size/style, please place a new order online.
All returns are refunded in Sterling (GBP). We will send you an email when the order has been received and when the items have been refunded.
