If you want to exchange your purchase for a different product, process it by returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. If you want to exchange for the same product, at the same price, in a different size or colour, please follow the below steps to exchange by post:
Select the original item you would like to exchange, then choose a different size or colour, if available. You will receive an email confirming your exchange. To ensure inventory availability, please ship the original item to our distribution centre within 3 days of initiating the exchange. You will receive an email once your item has shipped. We will notify you via email when your item arrives at our distribution centre. Your exchange will then be processed within 10 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email once your replacement item has been shipped. If the replacement item is not available, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment. If we do not receive your original item at our distribution centre, your exchange will be cancelled.
Please note returns and exchanges are only possible from the original purchase channel.
We can only accept exchanges for the same product in a different size or colour online.
For hygiene reasons, jewellery, liquid products and beauty items cannot be exchanged or returned if the hygiene seal or cellophane wrapper has been broken or removed. Monogrammed/personalised items (including hangtags), cut-to-size belts, and other personalised products also may not be exchanged or returned.
If your monogrammed or personalised item is damaged or has been delivered with and incorrect monogram, please return your purchase for a full refund.
All merchandise must be in new and unused condition, including original packaging, for us to accept the return. Our staff will inspect any returned items. If they suspect the item has been worn or washed, they may reject the exchange at their discretion.
All exchanges are subject to inventory availability and adherence to our exchange policy. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Customized items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.

What bags are eligible for trade-in? We're currently accepting any Coach Retail bags (exotics excluded) in very good or gently worn condition, with minimal scratches and wrinkles. We accept bags requiring up to two repairs within our standard repair guidelines. Please also include your bag's detachable strap, if it came with one. If you would like to know whether your bag is eligible for trade-in before coming into the store, contact a store & our associates will be in touch via WhatsApp or FaceTime to take a look.
What credit can I receive? How do I use it? Credits range from £10 to £165. You'll receive a voucher, valid for one year, to use in-store. Please note: only one voucher may be used per purchase and may not be combined with other offers.
What happens if my bag is not eligible for trade-in? Items not eligible for trade-in may still be eligible for repairs, leather care, and customisation to give new life to your product. We also offer the option to responsibly recycle your bag on-site if it isn’t eligible for trade-in or a credit. Our store associates can walk you through your options!
