- The “Arena Racing Company Discounted Ticket Offer” (the “Offer”) is a ticket promotion organised by Arena Leisure Racing Limited (the “Promoter”) at the following racecourses (each a “Racecourse”): Bath, Brighton, Chepstow, Doncaster, Ffos Las, Fontwell, Great Yarmouth, Lingfield Park, Hereford, Newcastle, Sedgefield, Southwell, Uttoxeter, Windsor, Wolverhampton and Worcester. This will also include the following greyhound stadiums: Nottingham, Dunstall Park, Central Park, Sunderland & Newcastle. The Offer is open to UK and Irish residents only, who are aged 18 years and over.
- The Offer is only open to agreed members of selected ticket partners (the “Member”) who, upon logging in to their accounts with the ticket partners, select discounted tickets on the link provided or use the discount code provided on the portal when selecting the tickets. The specific discount will be included in Appendix 2.
- Each Member may select up to a maximum of four discounted tickets for any of the Racecourse fixtures excluding those listed in appendix 1.
- Employees/personnel of the Promoter, Promoter’s group companies, Promoter’s retailers and agencies are not eligible to enter the Offer.
- Limits for the total number of discounted tickets per each raceday are at the sole discretion of each Racecourse and are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis to Members who book in advance. For the avoidance of doubt, no tickets will be provided to Members who book a Raceday on the specific Date.
- The tickets discounts are as agreed with individual ticket partners and are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-endorsable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the tickets with another offer of similar value in the event the original tickets offered are not available.
- The Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer made available by The Promoter or the agreed ticket partner.
- The Promoter shall not be responsible for lost or misdirected messages, unavailable network connections, failed incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, online failures, hardware, software or other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt or entrants ability to participate in the Offer or if any racing or any other event applicable to the Offer is cancelled for any reason or any circumstances affecting a Member’s ability to claim the tickets for any Event of Force Majeure. * "Event of Force Majeure" means: a fire, flood, lightning, storm, earthquake or other similar geological or metrological event or condition or Act of God, national emergency, diseases, epidemic, pandemic, war, act of terrorism, riot or criminal act or damage, strike, lockout or other industrial action not involving the Promoter’s employees (to the extent such failure is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter) or any other event beyond the control of the Promoter. The entrant acknowledges and agrees that any disruption caused by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) or similar diseases (such as the temporary or permanent closure of the venues) shall constitute an Event of Force Majeure.
- The Member consents to the use of their name, for advertising or publicity purposes without additional compensation. The entrant’s personal information will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy accessible on https://www.arenaracingcompany.co.uk/privacy-policy. From time to time, if the Member has opted in for such communication preferences, the Promoter and its group companies may send to the entrant details of their products, services (and those of selected marketing partners) and/or offers. The Member can unsubscribe from this information service at any time, by clicking on “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the relevant email or by contacting the Promoter.
- All ticket holders are subject to the racecourse terms and conditions of entry (available at each Racecourse's website and at https://www.arenaracingcompany.co.uk/terms-and-conditions). In particular, the Member (and accompanying guest) must comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Your data privacy is very important to us. The data you provide upon requesting tickets (full name and email) will only be shared with the relevant racecourse in order to generate your details on the system for the Fixture, unless you have opted in to receive marketing from Arena Racing Company, in which case your email and full name will be shared for these purposes (for more information please visit https://www.arenaracingcompany.co.uk/privacy-policy).
- The Promoter reserves the right to rescind and stop the Offer at any time, without any compensation being available to Members.
12. Anyone who has already purchased tickets for one of the named Fixtures will not be eligible for a refund or able to exchange their previously purchased tickets. All entrants are limited to one pair of tickets per customer in total for one Fixture only. If you have successfully applied for a Fixture and been allocated tickets, you will not be eligible to be selected for subsequent Fixtures. A valid email address is required to enter the Promotion and to redeem the tickets.
- Free ticket recipients are required to provide proof of identity on entrance to the Fixture venue, alongside the e-tickets provided under that same name.
- There is the option to subscribe to newsletters, this is not mandatory and where you do not subscribe, your information will only be used for entry into the promotion and the racecourse event and will not be used for marketing purposes.
- The offer is as stated and does not include travel, expenses or parking (unless stated) and you must make your own travel arrangements. There is no cash alternative to this offer, tickets are not for resale.
- Only those named on the e-ticket, with matching proof of identity will be permitted entrance to the Racecourse and the Racecourse team reserve all rights to refuse entry.
- Once redeemed, e- tickets cannot be exchanged for alternative events or dates. All e-tickets must be used on the date and times and for the event as detailed on the e-tickets.
- Horseracing is subject to weather. So please check the relevant racecourse website or social media channels for updates before travelling.
- Should the fixture be cancelled, transferred or abandoned, tickets won't be valid for an alternative date, free ticket recipients are not eligible for refunds for the value of the ticket.
- By entering the Offer, all Members will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the information about the Offer.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
The following fixtures have been excluded from the offer: Uttoxeter Racecourse – 4th October, Chepstow Racecourse – 11th October, Newcastle Racecourse – 16th October, Doncaster Racecourse – 28th November, Uttoxeter Racecourse – 31st December, Chepstow Racecourse – 24th July, Windsor Racecourse – 13th August
The discount will be 50% on the quoted advanced ticket price for Grandstand tickets or equivalent.
