Question 1

What's the ASOS returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Tried it, didn’t vibe with it? No stress. ASOS gives you 28 days to return stuff as long as it’s in its original condition. Refunds usually land within 14 days once they get your return. Some exclusions apply, so always double-check the product info before you send it back.

Question 2

How does ASOS delivery work?

Accepted Answer

Standard, Next Day, Nominated Day, Click & Collect, you name it — ASOS has plenty of delivery options across the UK (and even the Channel Islands). Just pick what works best at checkout. Ordering late Friday? Expect it Monday.

Question 3

Where can I find ASOS size guides?

Accepted Answer

Size stress? Sorted. ASOS has size guides on every product page (look for the button!). Shopping on desktop, mobile or app? It’s in slightly different spots, but easy to find. Their Fit Assistant also helps you pick your perfect size based on your stats and order history. More good news: their menswear range now runs from 2XS to 4XL, so more fits for more bodies.

Question 4

How can I pay for my order?

Accepted Answer

ASOS accepts all the major ways to pay — from card and PayPal to Klarna, Clearpay and Apple Pay. You can even save your fave payment method to your account for faster checkouts. Using a “buy now, pay later” option? Shop smart, budget wisely. Hot tip: don’t forget to plug in your ASOS student discount code at checkout via Student Beans — big win on savings.

Question 5

You can [shop all of your favourite brands](https://life.studentbeans.com/post/top-selling-products-asos) across makeup, skincare and beauty as well as trainers, bags and accessories and save with your ASOS student discount.
