You may change your mind and cancel any order purchased online from us at any time from the date we send you an email confirming that the order has been shipped, up to thirty (30) calendar days after receiving the product.
This does not apply to products that:
(a) cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons;
(b) have been unsealed after delivery—for example, perfume whose sealed packaging has been opened;
(c) have been clearly personalized, such as by engraving;
(d) by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are defective or do not match their description.

Please note that no order changes can be processed once the order has been confirmed.
