Can I amend the delivery address for my order?

Before placing your order, you can amend your delivery address by going to your online account and selecting 'addresses'. Once you add a new address, select this as your 'preferred' address and this will be your new delivery address moving forward. If you've already placed an order, and your parcel has already left our warehouse, or you've ordered via our Fast Track delivery service, we're unable to alter the address.

Can I buy Argos Care after I've bought my item?

Yes! You've got 45 days after you've bought your item to decide if you want to buy Argos Care to cover it against faults, breakdowns or accidental damage. Just pop into your nearest store, with your purchase receipt, as well as the leaflet. One of our super-helpful colleagues will find you the right policy to keep your item safe-and-sound.

Can I track my order?

The first place you can check is your receipt or confirmation email, as these will tell you the delivery date and time. Depending on the delivery courier, you might have also received a text or an email with the direct link to track your order so be sure to check your messages. Finally, you can head to 'Your Account' and check your 'Recent Orders' where you'll be able to see the delivery date as well as live updates on any progress.
