To get started within project management, you’ll normally begin as a project assistant or officer, while you learn the ropes. The main skill you’ll need is communication, as you’ll be speaking to lots of different people around the business you work in.

Business Analyst

A business analyst involves evaluating business processes, uncovering areas that need improvement, and offering advice and guidance on business growth.

While it’s helpful to have a degree as a business analyst, experience can be incredibly valuable. So interning or shadowing more experienced analysts would be a great place to start. A lot of the time it’s a lot of solo work, which means it could be a great job if you’re an introvert.
