There's something in the air right now.
If you've been coughing or sniffing for the last week or so you're not alone, as freshers' flu is out in full force and has taken out the best of us. While you can be stocked up on all the medication and take all the precautions, unfortunately, it's kind of inevitable that the start of a new uni term and the cold weather creeping in is a recipe for freshers' flu, colds, covid and the actual flu spreading.
If you're reading this in bed with a blocked nose, a cough you can't get rid of and feeling fairly sorry for yourself it turns out you could actually be more likely to catch freshers' flu based on what uni you go to.
Vegetology have done some research into this based on the number of freshers' flu related Google searches from each uni city and the results are certainly interesting.
