1. Promoter and Prize Supplier
a. The promoter of this Prize Draw is The Beans Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (the “Student Beans” or the "Promoter").
b. The prize supplier for this Prize Draw is ExpressVPN (Network Guard Pte. Ltd) (the "Prize Supplier"). The Prize Supplier is responsible for prize fulfilment only. Student Beans will select the winner and share the winner’s contact details with ExpressVPN solely for the purposes of prize delivery.
2. Eligibility
a. To enter this Prize Draw, entrants must be a resident in the United Kingdom or the United States of America. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary, but an internet connection is required.
b. Entrants must be the rightful holder of a verified UK Student Beans account at all times.
c. By submitting an entry, you confirm that you are eligible to enter and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility; failure to provide this may result in disqualification.
d. This Prize Draw is not open to:
employees of the Promoter or the Prize Supplier or their respective subsidiary companies;
employees or agents of the Promoter or the Prize Supplier or other companies professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; and/or
members of the immediate families of any such ineligible individuals.
e. The Promoter will not accept entries that are:
automatically generated by a computer, macros, or similar automated means;
completed by third parties or in bulk;
illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with;
incomplete; or
made on behalf of another person.
f. If an entrant violates these Terms and Conditions, they may be disqualified and any prize awarded may be voided.
3. How to Enter
a. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must follow the relevant prompts on the Student Beans mobile application during the Entry Period. No purchase is required to enter.
b. Unless stated otherwise on the Student Beans mobile application, entries are limited to one per person.
c. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4. Prize Draw Period
a. The Prize Draw will run from 00:00 on the 19th June 2026 to 23:59 on the 26th June 2026 (the "Entry Period").
b. All entries must be received by the Promoter within the Entry Period. Late entries will be disqualified.
5. The Prize
a. The Prize shall be two Category 1 Premium Tickets for the Round of 16 game in Dallas on 6 July 2026. The prize is provided by ExpressVPN and is subject to ExpressVPN’s own terms and conditions.
b. All FIFA World Cup 2026™ tickets are subject to the applicable version of the Terms of Use and Stadium Code of Conduct available here.
c. Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative. Prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable.
d. The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
e. The Promoter is not responsible for the fulfilment of the prize, which is the sole responsibility of the Prize Supplier.This includes, and is not limited to, any expenses (including travel) that the Prize Supplier may provide to any winner of the Prize Draw.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
a. The winner(s) will be selected at random by the Promoter on or after the close of the Entry Period. The winner(s) will be contacted by email on Monday 29th June 2026. The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will share the winner’s contact details with the Prize Supplier solely for the purposes of arranging prize delivery.
c. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or fails to claim the prize or provide proof of eligibility within 3 days of notification, the Promoter may select an alternative winner.
d. Prizes cannot be claimed by a third party on behalf of a winner.
e. If a winner accepts the prize, they agree that the Promoter may use their name, image, and general location (town, county or region) for announcement and reasonable promotional purposes.
7. Data Protection
a. Personal information collected for this Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, and only for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, contacting the winner, and facilitating prize delivery.
b. By entering, you acknowledge that the Promoter will share your personal data with the Prize Supplier (ExpressVPN) solely for the purposes of prize fulfilment. The Prize Supplier will process your data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at www.expressvpn.com/privacy-policy.
c. The Promoter will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to administer this Prize Draw or to comply with legal requirements. Further information on how the Promoter handles your personal information is available in the Student Beans Privacy Policy.
8. Ownership of Entries and Intellectual Property
a. By submitting an entry, you assign to the Promoter all relevant intellectual property rights in the entry and waive all moral rights to which you may be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and any similar legislation worldwide.
b. Where applicable, by submitting an entry you confirm that: (i) the entry is original and not copied from any other source; (ii) you own all rights in the entry; (iii) the entry is not defamatory or offensive; and (iv) the entry does not infringe any third-party rights.
9. Promoter’s Rights
a. If the Promoter, in its sole discretion, believes an entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, then the Promoter will inform the Prize Giver and the Prize Giver may, in its sole discretion, exclude that entrant from the Prize Draw and/or refuse to deliver any prize.
10. Limitation of Liability
a. The Promoter is not responsible for withdrawal, cancellation, or modification of the Prize Draw, or for system errors, network issues, or other technical failures that may result in disrupted, lost, delayed, or incomplete entries or winner notifications.
b. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from the Prize Draw or prizes, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
c. The Promoter is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the Prize Supplier in connection with the fulfilment of any prize.

12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, illegal, or invalid, it shall be limited or eliminated only to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
