A hassle-free way to enjoy eggs in the morning.
Ingredients
4 large eggs
60 ml milk
40 g diced bell peppers
40 g chopped spinach
40 g shredded cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
15 ml olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for about 3 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs, and add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well-blended.
Stir in diced bell peppers and chopped spinach into the egg mixture.
Grease an oven-safe dish that fits into your air fryer with olive oil or cooking spray.
Pour the egg mixture into the dish and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Place the dish into the preheated air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
Carefully remove from the air fryer, let it cool slightly, then cut into portions and serve.
Notes
Pair your omelette with whole-grain toast for a complete meal.
For extra flavour, add herbs like parsley or chives before cooking.
Swap out bell peppers and spinach for mushrooms and onions for a different twist.
