When I have had any issue, they respond quickly and to my satisfaction. I purchased transit backpack which I took to Europe. A small defect occurred in a buckle and Bellroy was on it and helped me with a replacement as soon as I asked.

I've bought more than 10 bags and phone cases from Bellroy over the years and I love them, and the people I've given a couple to as gifts love them too. Well engineered and made with all the things you need and none you don't. LOVE the burnt orange colour too - so much nicer than boring black. I also love my pop-out pockets in the one I use for shopping - more than once I've had shop assistants say 'wow! what a great idea! what sort of bag is that?" when I'm putting purchases into them, so then of course they get the full demo of all its natty features. The only challenging bit is deciding which of the many styles and sizes is right for me. Hence my collection keeps growing, because they're always just right for something.

We ship almost anywhere with a letterbox. (For P.O. boxes outside Australia and Europe, choose regular shipping – our delivery owls aren’t allowed in government buildings yet.) We offer free shipping within Australia, and delivery times are shown at checkout. Orders usually dispatch within 2 working days. Regular post can take 3–28 days, depending on where you live.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, return it within 30 days for a full refund (including shipping). Changed your mind? No stress! Contact support@bellroy.com within 30 days and we can arrange a refund or exchange. Return shipping isn’t covered, and items must be in original condition and packaging. Refunds go back to the original payment method. All products include a warranty if something goes wrong later.

Yes, to most places. Express usually takes 1–3 business days for the US, UK and Australia, and 2–8 days elsewhere. Remote locations may take longer. There are also some regions that don't have express options available or reliable enough just yet.
