Coupons are only valid on Wixâs 1-year Premium Plans (âWixâs Annual Premium Plansâ).
Coupons can be redeemed upon purchase of the Wix's Annual Premium Plans, as available on the Wix site ("Wix.com") at the time of purchase only, provided Coupons shall not apply to the Connect Domain Premium Plan and any Wix Studio Premium Plans (the "Applicable Premium Packages").
The Coupon grants a 50% discount on the price of the Applicable Premium Package selected, as published on the Wix.com site on the date of purchase for which the Coupon is used.
The Coupon can be activated by entering the Coupon code provided, at the time of purchase.
The Coupon can be activated immediately upon purchase and for the subsequent six (6) months; upon the lapse of such period the Coupon will automatically expire and become null and void ("Expiration Date"). Wix is not responsible for any Coupons not activated by the Expiration Date.
Any failure to activate a Coupon by the Expiration Date shall result in the forfeiture of such Coupon.
Upon activation of the Coupon, the Coupon applies solely to the first twelve (12) months of the upgrade of the Applicable Premium Package selected.
Coupons are redeemable in any and all payment methods acceptable by Wix.
Coupon code is personal and may be used only once per Coupon holder; Coupon holder may use one Coupon only per purchase at Wix.com; Coupon code may not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any way.
Coupons may not be combined with any other Wix offering (including, but not limited to, any coupon, promotion or discount available to Coupon holder).
Coupons may not be redeemed for any Wix services and products other than the Applicable Premium Packages, nor otherwise for any previous purchases, online orders, special orders or gift cards.
A Coupon cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping and handling fees or other applicable ancillary charges which may result from your purchase using the Coupon code.
No cash value, credit or change will be given for this Coupon.
The Coupon holder is responsible for any applicable sales tax. Coupon holder is the sole responsible for the lawful use of the Coupon.
In any event of fraud, misrepresentation, impersonation or any abuse or violation of these terms and conditions, or of the Wix Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, Wix reserves the right to take any or all available legal or administrative actions, without prejudice to any other remedies available to it under applicable law.

Wix reserves the right to revoke or deactivate the Coupons at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
