What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer full refunds or exchanges for fashion jewelry within 21 days of purchase. You can process a return or exchange here, or by visiting one of our Studios. All returns must be:

  • Unworn
  • Have no signs of wear or damage
  • In its original condition
  • In all original packaging

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Piercing jewelry
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value

Your return will be processed within 5 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!

FAQ

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12pm EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 12pm EST will ship the following business day! Orders placed with standard shipping should arrive within 3-5 business days of being shipped from our warehouse. Orders ship from New Jersey. We do not ship on weekends. ***We can ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Standard Shipping Deliveries may take up to 45 days for these addresses.

We always use implant-grade titanium (ASTM F-136 compliant), which makes this style a great choice for those with sensitive ears! We also have a small assortment of Fine Fashion Jewelry available for purchase in our studios! These earrings are made of solid 14k yellow or white gold with lab-grown diamonds! These are also a great choice for those with sensitive ears due to their material properties!
