Good communication for acknowledging the order and for when it was despatched. Was delivered within a week of ordering and within the time specified. Arrived well packaged and shoes were well wrapped inside the box and in pristine condition (as they should be) with two sets of laces. Fitted well. Overall really pleased with the purchase and the shopping experience.
