What does a British Airways Vacation Package include?
A vacation package booking qualifies as flight and hotel only. A minimum of 1+ persons must be travelling to qualify. 23kg (50lb) baggage included, 24 hour vacation support helpline, small deposits and flexible payments. Terms apply.

Can I change or cancel my vacation package online?
It is possible to cancel your vacation booking in its entirety via the Manage section of ba.com. The cancellation fee specific to your booking will be displayed as part of the process, to enable you to make an informed decision in choosing whether or not you wish to proceed with the cancellation.
It is not currently possible to make voluntary changes to package bookings via ba.com; you would need to contact us by telephone. For US customers, details on notice periods and any cancellation and amendment charges that may apply. Cancellation and amendment penalties can increase as you get closer to travel so we recommend you contact us as soon as you feel you may need to cancel or amend.
If a flight booked as part of your British Airways vacation package is cancelled, you will receive a notification and can use the Manage section of ba.com to change to an alternative flight or request a full refund of your entire package.
