Manufacturing of Lego bricks occurs at several locations around the world. Moulding is done in Billund, Denmark; Nyíregyháza, Hungary; Monterrey, Mexico; and most recently in Jiaxing, China. Brick decorations and packaging are done at plants in Denmark, Hungary, Mexico, and Kladno in the Czech Republic.

In 2023, the most expensive on-sale LEGO model is the AT-AT at £734.99, which is the same price as the LEGO Millennium Falcon. Priced at £614.99 is the Identity and Landscape kit, followed by the £589.99 LEGO Titanic.
The LEGO Group is a privately held company based in Billund, Denmark. The company is still owned by the Kirk Kristiansen family who founded it in 1932.
