Ive ordered Creality in the past and had no issue. I spent significantly more money this time and had a small issue. Wasn't anything horrible. Just with shipping times etc due to holidays. The Creality team got back with my complaint email so quick. They also was nothing but kind and informative. I apologised and went forward with my order. All my products have been flawless. I will continue to support the business as long as I'm getting good customer support. Its nice dealing with people who care about their customers.
