Overseas Sports Tour Manager - France at e3 Tours

Tour Managers are an integral part of any sports tour.

You would be required to greet groups at the airport, oversee the running of group itineraries, including matches and training sessions, cultural activities, sightseeing and all of their evening activities, including, bowling or running the quiz in the hotel bar (quiz provided). The job role requires, dealing with any medical or insurance issues of the group, as well as, being the main point of contact for our guests and suppliers.

We are looking for a confident, outgoing, and conscientious individual who is not fazed by challenging situations. Your main aim is to always ensure that all of our guests love their school trip and it runs smoothly. Being friendly and approachable counts as part of doing your job well. You will need to meet with local suppliers before the group arrives to finalise itineraries. You are required to be organised and have excellent attention to detail. Our reps are given training on dealing with groups, managing trips and provided with a full brief of the trip and suppliers, as well as, 24/7 support by Senior Management throughout their trip. We provide you with all your travel including, airport transfers and flights, to and from resort, accommodation, insurance, three meals a day and full training for the job overseas in addition to your wage. We are there to support you in every requirement. We are here to ensure you get great training and everyone experiences an excellent tour..

Essential – confident and outgoing personality, customer service experience, excellent interpersonal skills, organised and knowledge of rugby. French speaking would be advantageous. Dates: late March - early April (6 days)
