Electronics are always big ticket items when it comes to Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Target is no exception, offering hundreds of deals on a wide range of electronics.

Target deals on toys

At the time of writing, a select amount of toys at Target are marked down 50% off. There are sure to be more toys added to the list the closer it gets to Black Friday 2022, so keep checking back to find the latest deals and sales going on at Target.

Target deals on game consoles

While Target doesn’t have an extensive amount of deals available on gaming consoles for Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2022, the ones they do have are worth checking out. Just note that the are refurbished consoles, meaning they’re not brand-new.

Target will likely add more Black Friday and Cyber Monday savings on gaming consoles as we get closer to the day, so be sure to keep periodically checking in.

Target holiday price match guarantee 2022

Target’s Holiday Price Match officially kicked off on October 6, 2022 this year. The policy states, “if you purchase an item in store or online and the price goes lower at Target on or before December 24, 2022, you can request a price match.”

This means that Target will honor the lower price and reimburse you the difference. Just be sure to have a proof of purchase (i.e. a receipt) in order to take advantage of the Target Holiday Price Match policy.

Target return policy for the holidays

Like most other retailers, Target also has an extended holiday return policy in effect for 2022. However, this extended return policy is only for electronics and entertainment items. The policy will be in effect for items purchased from October 6 through December 25. The refund period begins on December 26.

The policy states the following:

Electronics and entertainment items (excluding Apple® products) purchased between October 6-December 25, the 30-day refund period will start on December 26 and must be returned by January 24.
All Apple® products (excluding mobile phones) purchased between October 6-December 25, the 15-day refund period will start on December 26 and must be returned by January 9.
Mobile phones purchased in-store or online via Order Pickup between October 6-December 25, the 14-day refund window starts on December 26 and must be returned by January 8.

For all other items, Target’s regular return policy is in effect, which is 90 days. The item must be unopened and in new condition.

What time does target open?

Target’s normally opens at 8 a.m. daily. Their holiday opening times are as follows:

Day before Thanksgiving: 8 a.m.
Thanksgiving: closed
Black Friday: 7 a.m.
Christmas Eve: 7 a.m.
Christmas Day: closed
Day after Christmas: 8 a.m.
New Year’s Eve: 8 a.m.
New Year’s Day: 8 a.m.

When does target close?

Target normally closes at 10 p.m. daily. Their holiday closing times are as follows:

Day before Thanksgiving: 10 p.m.
Thanksgiving: closed
Black Friday: 10 p.m.
Christmas Eve: 8 p.m.
Christmas Day: closed
Day after Christmas: 10 p.m.
New Year’s Eve: 9 p.m.
New Year’s Day: 10 p.m.

Does target take Apple Pay?

Target does take Apple Pay. The other accepted mobile payments are Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or any other contactless digital wallet. Alipay and Campus Cash, however, are only approved in certain stores. Check with your local Target to find out.

Other payments accepted by Target are cash, credit cards, debit/ATM cards, and gift cards.
