The world’s most famous plumber is set to have an iconic year. With a feature film set for April and Super Nintendo World freshly opened at Universal Studios Hollywood, Mario has been all over the news lately.
Better still, Nintendo knows that everyone is going to want to get their fix of games before all the festivities begin. To kick things off, Mario Day (stylized as Mar10 Day, on March 10) is back and better than ever.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC
To begin the Mar10 Day festivities, Nintendo announced the next wave of DLC courses for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, which is available for download starting on March 9. The tracks include:
- Tour Amsterdam Drift
- GBA Riverside Park
- Wii DK Summit
- Yoshi’s Island
- Tour Bangkok Rush
- DS Mario Circuit
- GCN Waluigi Stadium
- Tour Singapore Speedway
For members of the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack, the courses will come at no additional cost.
Other Mar10 Day Deals From Nintendo
But Nintendo isn’t done just yet. There’s plenty of other savings they’re offering in honor of the world’s most iconic princess-saving hero:

From March 24 to April 7, save on Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario Odyssey, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, Super Mario Maker 2, and Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury.
- Mario & Friends Retail Sale: From now until March 11, select retailers will be offering in-store savings of $20 on certain Mario games. These include Mario Kary 8 Deluxe, Super Mario Odyssey, Super Mario Maker 2, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury, Mario Party Superstars, and more.
- Win a Trip to Super Nintendo World: From March 10 to April 25, enter to win a free trip to the newly-opened Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Hollywood. You and three guests will be able to get up close and personal with the Mushroom Kingdom IRL.
