The Perks
If you decide to sign up for the Disney College Program, you’ll automatically receive housing at Flamingo Crossings Village, which is right next to the park.
The program lasts anywhere between four and seven months. Accepted students can arrive anywhere between May and October, with the departure date being no later than January 2024.
While enrolled in the program, you get on-the-job experience at the parks. You’re also enrolled in classes to help round out your resume and boost your professional skills. Plus, the pay starts at $14!
How To Apply
There are plenty of requirements for the Disney College Program, but the major ones for eligibility are as follows:
- Currently enrolled and taking classes at an accredited United States college, university, or higher education program OR have graduated from an accredited United States college, university, or higher education program within 24 months of the application posting date
- Must have completed at least one semester at an accredited *United States college, university, or higher education program by time of program arrival
- Be at least 18 years of age at time of application
- Possess unrestricted United States work authorization for the duration of the program
