As far as Cyber Monday goes, Best Buy is going to give you a little extra time to snag all those online savings. Dubbed “Cyber Deals,” Best Buy is giving you the Sunday before Cyber Monday to shop all the post-Black Friday savings.

Are the Best Buy Black Friday deals online or in-store?
Most Black Friday deals at Best Buy will be available both in-store and online. It’s rare to see retailers doing in-store or online exclusives nowadays, but they do still happen.
To find out which deals are going to be the best this year for Best Buy’s Black Friday sale, you’re going to want to check out two different sources.
For any in-store exclusives, check the physical ads you get in the mail. You’ll likely receive these on Thanksgiving or a few days before Black Friday.

Best Buy closing times
Here all the store hours for Best Buy during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping rush. Remember, stores will be closed on Thanksgiving Day:
- November 25 (Black Friday): 5 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- November 26: 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- November 27: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Best Buy return policy
Returning items to Best Buy is fairly easy and straightforward. So if that post-Black Friday shopping guilt hits, here’s what you need to know:
- You can return items in-store or ship them back to Best Buy HQ
- The regular return policy for most items is 14 or 15 days, with members having an upgraded option of 60 days
- The holiday return policy takes effect in October, allowing you to return items until mid-January 2023
- Some items (mainly smartphones and drones) have a restocking fee of $45 or 15% off the purchase price, respectively
