Get ready for winter with this must-have gadget.
Living in rented accommodation in winter is not a fun experience. From arguing with your flatmates about when to turn the heating on, cold taps, poorly insulated homes, and landlords that truly don’t care, getting through winter can be a challenge.
With energy bills skyrocketing over the last few years, it’s understandable if you don’t want to rush to turn your heating on as soon as the cold weather hits. Luckily, there’s a simple gadget you can get your hands on from Aldi, which is cost-efficient and perfect for keeping cosy this winter.
The heated airer is available in stores from the 28th of September and was hugely popular last year. Now, you might be thinking what is so special about a clothes airer? Well, it costs just 50p to run for 8 hours and about 6p per hour, meaning it’s super affordable to have it on for a few hours a day.
A heated clothes airer means you’ll have toasty warm clothes to put on after you’ve done a wash, but due to the 20 heated tubes it’s also great for just adding some warmth to a room and is cheaper to run than a standard plug-in heater.
The gadget costs just £39.99 and will be available in Aldi stores from this week, however, once it’s gone it will be gone so you’ll have to be quick if you want to get your hands on one.
If you miss out on the Aldi offer, it’s worth looking on Amazon too as a heated clothes airer is a super handy gadget to have and means you won’t have to layer up quite so much this winter. Plus, toasty warm clothes straight off the airer are a game changer after a shower!
