Want £3 Cinema Tickets? Here’s How To Get Them

National Cinema Day is this weekend and you can get super cheap access to the latest films!

If you’re looking for something to do on a budget this weekend, National Cinema Day is this Saturday, September 2nd and cinemas across the UK are celebrating.

ODEON, Vue, Cineworld, Picturehouse, and many independent cinemas are taking part in the event which encourages customers to enjoy a film at a reduced price for one day only.

For the whole day, you can enjoy tickets to any film for just £3 across all screens, including IMAX, or other luxury showings!

This means if you haven’t seen Barbie or Opphenheimer yet (or just loved both and want to see them again) now’s your chance! Other great options that are currently showing include The Haunted Mansion, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, Meg 2: The Trench, and The Equalizer 3.

Different cinemas will have different food and drink deals, for example, at Cineworld you can upgrade your ticket to include a regular popcorn and soft drink for an extra £4, however, the base tickets will cost just £3 at every participating cinema all day.

You can check out the full list of participating cinemas here.

So, if you fancy a movie day on a budget make sure you head down to your local cinema this Saturday to take advantage of all the great deals.

Want to save some cash and bring your own food to the cinema? We’d recommend opting for cold foods that are less likely to have a smell – nobody wants to catch a whiff of your pasta leftovers throughout their film.

Why not try whipping up some delicious treats from our meals that got us through Uni playlist, like a scrumptious rocky road or some indulgent chocolate chip cookies.
