Grace tried out 2 different pairs of Myprotein leggings, one pair for yoga and another pair for a home HIIT workout. For Yoga, Grace picked out the Composure Leggings in Mauve which cost £23.99 along with a matching sports bra. The leggings are thick and stretchy (and not see-through!) so you won’t have to worry about that if you get paranoid while you’re at the gym.

For HIIT Grace wore the Curve Leggings in Grey Marl which cost £24.99, which have a Myprotein logo waistband and contrast panelling across the legs. These leggings are ideal for a HIIT workout as they are a comfy and breathable material, however, the thick waistband can roll over a little bit mid-workout.

The Curve Leggings have 58 reviews on the Myprotein website, with the top review reading “After months of looking for a pair of gym leggings that are squat proof, shape my bottom, comfortable & durable I finally found these, the natural colours seem to contour my leg shape giving me so much more confidence when working out, the sizing is generous, after a month of dieting I can now downsize which has made me super happy! 100% recommend for all body types” however other reviews suggest that the material doesn’t feel as tough and sturdy as they should for HIIT leggings.

For her workouts, Grace tried 2 different sports bras, one for yoga and one for a HIIT workout. For yoga, she tried the Composure Sports Bra in Mauve which cost £17.99, the sports bra is thick and double lined so it’s really supportive even if you’re doing a more low-intensity workout.

A review on the Myprotein website reads “So comfy, the material is so supportive and overall has a nice feel to it.. would prefer the cups to be sewn in rather than removable but not too much of an issue.”

Meanwhile, for the HIIT workout, Grace went for the Tempo Seamless Sports Bra in Graphite, which cost just £13.99! It’s a supportive sports bra which is great for a high-intensity workout, even if you’re doing a super demanding workout.

Reviews on the website say “extremely flattering and is amazing for high-intensity workouts” and “Love this bra so much I bought it in multiple colours. Supporting compared to other styles and makes, true to size.”

Myprotein running shorts review

For a running outfit, Grace tried out the Power Cycling Shorts in Ocean Blue, which cost £15.99. The material is both stretchy and lightweight, so you won’t have to worry about sweating a lot during your run. The only slight downside is that the waistband is super tight, meaning the shorts can be quite hard to put on but once they are on the waistband stays in place without bending or rolling down.

A website review reads “lovely bright blue colour, squat proof material, I’m usually a S in other brands but went for M just for extra comfort. There wasn’t much difference between S & M. Definitely recommend.”
